Analytical psychology - NUMERAL GAME - numerology. |
Except for global world categories there are four world elements which alongside with categories form discrete structure of the world. Somewhat world categories and elements are identical, namely it is possible to count that the space is similar to elements of air, the time is similar to elements of water, the energy is similar to elements of fire, the matter is similar to elements of earth. But nevertheless it is different structural elements which form the world, and accordingly correspond with different psychological factors of a human person, and also differently correspond with cells of the magic square and numbers in numerology. Namely global world categories form discrete pairs which correspond with pairs of rational and irrational mental functions that is described on the previous page in this site section, and four world elements directly correspond with mental functions that is shown on the chart:
![]() |
The elements of air corresponds with green cells of the
magic square and is identical to sensory function. The elements of water corresponds with blue cells of the magic square and is identical to intuitive function. The elements of fire corresponds with red cells of the magic square and is identical to ethical function. The elements of earth corresponds with yellow cells of the magic square and is identical to logic function. Numbers 9 and 1 form the vertical of fire, number 7 and 3 form the horizontal of earth, number 2 and 8 form the diagonal of water, number 4 and 6 form the diagonal of air. The big letters of Latin alphabet S F N T designate mental functions: sensorics, intuition, ethics, logics. Small Latin letters s t e m designate global world categories: space, time, energy, matter. |
The structure of a human person is organized according to four world elements and four mental functions, that is characteristics and psychological features of the man are caused by ratio of sensorics, intuition, ethics, logics. Any one mental function is the basic (conducting) and the others are minor according to gradation which is shown on the following charts:

Mental functions are designated by letters S F N T in
green, blue, yellow, red squares which correspond to four world
elements. Numbers in white circles, and also arrows show gradation (sequence) of mental functions in eight types of a human person. Mental functions are located according to physiognomic features of a human face on the shown charts, namely the sensorics corresponds with the left corner of a mouth, the intuition corresponds with the right corner of a mouth, the ethics correspond with the left eyebrow, the logic corresponds with the right eyebrow. |

The type of a person is sensory-ethical if the first (conducting)
function is sensorics, the second function is ethics, the third function is
logics, the fourth function is intuition.
The type of a person is sensory-logic if the first function
is sensorics, the second function is logics, the third function is ethics, the
fourth function is intuition.
The type of a person is intuitive-logic if the first function is intuition, the second function is logics, the third function is
ethics, the fourth function is sensorics.
The type of a person is intuitive-ethical if the first
function is intuition, the second function is ethics, the third function is
logics, the fourth function is sensorics.
The type of a person is ethical-sensory if the first
function is ethics, the second function is sensorics, the third function is
intuition, the fourth function is logics.
The type of a person is ethical-intuitive if the first
function is ethics, the second function is intuition, the third function is sensorics,
the fourth function is logics.
The type of a person is logic-intuitive if the first
function is logics, the second function is intuition, the third function is sensorics,
the fourth function is ethics.
The type of a person is logic-sensory if the first function
is logics, the second function is sensorics, the third function is intuition,
the fourth function is ethics.
Eight types of a human person are caused by rules of analytical psychology
according to which if the first and fourth functions are rational then the
second and third functions are irrational. And if the first and fourth functions
are irrational then the second and third functions are rational. According to
this rule there are only eight types of a person and there can not be other
types, namely there can not be other gradation in a sequence of mental
functions.
The first conducting function is strong, namely the man has the proved
position in questions connected with this function. It is possible to tell that
conducting function is vital credo and corresponds with spheres of life in which
the man is sure.
The second function is actual, namely the man is shown (actualized) in
questions and spheres of life connected with this function. It is possible to
tell that the man is itself according to the first function, and the man is
realized and proves in relation to other people according to the second
function.
The third function is weak, namely the man has no opportunities for
display of this function and is vulnerable in the appropriate spheres of life.
It is possible to tell that the man sees psychological properties which has no
according to the third function and consequently the man reacts to display of
such properties as on antagonism or aggressive influence in relation to the own
person.
The fourth function is non-actual, namely the man is indifferent to
questions connected with this function, as if does not notice these questions,
and as a result events occur besides will of the man in the appropriate spheres
of life. It is possible to tell that the man stays idle and accepts influences
of people as indemnification of own inactivity according to the fourth function,
that differs from the third function according to which the man painfully reacts
to influences of people.
In total it is possible to present as the table all ratio of eight psychological
types with conducting and minor mental functions, and also with world elements:
| Psychological type. | Strong function. |

Except for four world elements it is possible to correlate mental functions
to types of temperaments:
- the sensory-ethical type is the sanguine person, but in relations with
people is shown as the choleric person, has psychological discomfort in
relations with people of phlegmatic temperament, and is psychologically
indifferent to people having melancholic temperament;
- the sensory-logic type is the sanguine person, but in relations with
people is shown as the phlegmatic person, has psychological discomfort in
relations with people of choleric temperament, and is psychologically
indifferent to people having melancholic temperament;
- the intuitive-logic type is the melancholic person, but in relations
with people is shown as the phlegmatic person, has psychological discomfort in
relations with people of choleric temperament, and is psychologically
indifferent to people having sanguine temperament;
- the intuitive-ethical type is the melancholic person, but in relations
with people is shown as the choleric person, has psychological discomfort in
relations with people of phlegmatic temperament, and is psychologically
indifferent to people having sanguine temperament;
- the ethical-sensory type is the choleric person, but in relations with
people is shown as the sanguine person, has psychological discomfort in
relations with people of melancholic temperament, and is psychologically
indifferent to people having phlegmatic temperament;
- the ethical-intuitive type is the choleric person, but in relations
with people is shown as the melancholic person, has psychological discomfort in
relations with people of sanguine temperament, and is psychologically
indifferent to people having phlegmatic temperament;
- the logic-intuitive type is the phlegmatic person, but in relations
with people is shown as the melancholic person, has psychological discomfort in
relations with people of sanguine temperament, and is psychologically
indifferent to people having choleric temperament;
- the logic-sensory type is the phlegmatic person, but in relations with
people is shown as the sanguine person, has psychological discomfort in
relations with people of melancholic temperament, and is psychologically
indifferent to people having choleric temperament.
Brief characteristics of types of temperament are the following.
The melancholic type:
- inactive and motionless;
- unbalanced mood.
The choleric type:
- active and mobile;
- unbalanced mood.
The phlegmatic type:
- inactive and motionless;

- balanced mood.
