Numerology. Pythagorean numbers. The second page describes numerology of numbers 6 and 4, and also describes gods of ancient Greek mythology who correspond to the numerological six and the numerological four. Numbers are considered in a context of Pythagorean numerology i.e. numbers correspond with mythological images of Greek gods. About each god brief data are given but more detailed information can be found in books of antique philosophers, historians and poets, and also in modern books about ancient Greece in which antique myths are stated. Besides this page gives the information on comparison of the Supreme Olympic gods (third generation of gods) with four world elements and with structure of the astrological circle.

Zeus. Poseidon.

Zeus (numerology of number 6). Zeus is the Supreme Olympic deity which means a source of life as is the father of many gods. Zeus has authority and dominates in the sky and by that personifies light. Zeus organizes the world and brings in life laws, and orders, and norms of morals. Zeus owns the states and the countries, and also is the patron of public life and patrimonial communications. Zeus is the fair defender for offended. Zeus is the world governor and the director of social justice. Also Zeus is the reigning king and personification of the authoritative force. Zeus suppresses resistance and punishes by means of violence that is symbolized by lightning and thunders inherent in him. Zeus condemns bloodshed but is the terrible striking force. He is accompanied with the goddess of victory Nike and consequently Zeus wins. He is similar to the Roman Jove who is personification of imperial triumph. Poseidon (numerology of number 6). Poseidon is the master of a sea and water elements. Poseidon is the founder of life as water is a source of life, but also he has destructive force of water. Poseidon has violent and independent character that is comparable to violent character of water. Poseidon argues with Zeus and acts autocratically. Poseidon is similar to the Roman Neptune. Hades (numerology of number 6). Hades is the master of a mortal empire of death. He horrifies by means of the inevitability as the death is inevitable. Hades owns human souls as judges acts of people. Hades is the fair judge and the keeper of the fair law of punishment. He is called Pluto (rich) as owns infinite underground bowels and treasures of the earth, and also owns human souls. Three brothers Zeus, Poseidon, Hades reign in the world, and correspond to numerological number 6. From the view point of numerology three six 666 form absolute world supremacy.

Demeter.

Demeter (numerology of number 6). Demeter is the goddess of fertility and agriculture. She has terrestrial abundance and is the fertile assistant in terrestrial works and the donator of terrestrial fruits. She is the organizer of reasonable agrarian orders. Zeus is the organizer of cities but Demeter is the organizer of rural life. In the Roman mythology for Demeter is similar Ceres who is the goddess of productive forces of the ground and plants. In her temples fed hungry. Demeter is sister of Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, together with which she forms world supremacy and provides well-being of the world. She gives satisfaction with vital riches that is a basis of terrestrial empires.

From the view point of antique philosophy and astrology four predominating Olympic gods forms four world elements. Zeus concerns to elements of air, Poseidon concerns to elements of water, Hades concerns to elements of fire, Demeter concerns to elements of earth, that is identically to astrological elements which form system of zodiacal signs. Namely numerological number 6 symbolizes the world which is formed by four elements, and accordingly four Supreme gods symbolize and form the world in which four elements operate.
Before Olympic gods in the world there were initial potentialities and titans who correspond to world global categories: matter, energy, space, time. But then the world have appeared elements of air, water, fire, earth which correspond with the Supreme Olympic gods. That is Olympic gods have introduced four elements in the world and have transformed the world.
In essence four world global categories and four world elements are similar but have different qualities. Namely the category of matter corresponds with elements of earth, the category of energy corresponds with elements of fire, the category of space corresponds with elements of air, the category of time corresponds with elements of water, but structure of world elements and structure of world global categories different, that is shown in figure:

Global world categories form axes of the astrological circle, and world elements form triangles. Gaia (matter) and Uranus (energy) have formed an initial material cross of the world, and titans have formed an existential continuum (spatial and time continuum) and as a result the world was formed, and the astrological circle is a symbol of the world. The Supreme Olympic gods have brought qualities of four elements which have formed triangular structures within the framework of astrological circle, and in essence have formed elemental substance of the world. About world global categories of movement and life it will be told when it will be told about gods who correspond with world global categories of movement and life.

Titans and Olympic gods correspond with signs of the zodiac and planets in a context of astrology, but in essence titans and Olympic gods symbolize global world categories and elements from the view point of esoteric philosophy. Therefore it is impossible to correlate gods and titans to astrological symbols directly, but it is necessary to take into account that gods and titans give having qualities to signs of the zodiac and planets. For example, titan Coeus corresponds with the astrological sign Leo and elements of fire and consequently has qualities of Hades who among Olympic gods operates elements of fire. And also titan Coeus has properties of Uranus which symbolizes energy as the astrological sign Leo corresponds with the world category of energy. Or female titan Mnemosyne has qualities of Poseidon who among Olympic gods operates elements of water as Mnemosyne corresponds with the astrological sign Pisces and elements of water. And also the astrological sign Pisces corresponds with the world category of time and consequently Mnemosyne (personification of memory) together with female titan Rhea forms the world category of time.
Namely each astrological sign corresponds with those or other gods and titans who concern this sign, but besides gods and titans are sources of elements or factors of world categories and consequently influence all signs of the zodiac within the framework of astrological circle.

Hestia.

Hestia. (numerology of number 6). Hestia is the sister of Demeter, Zeus, Poseidon, Hades. She is the fifth component of numerological six (number 6 of numerology). Hestia is a keeper of inextinguishable fire which unites the world and symbolizes immense space (cosmos). For Hestia is identical Vesta in the Roman mythology. Priestesses kept eternal fire in temple of Vesta as a symbol of stability of the family center and reliability of the state. In a context of world elements Hestia symbolizes the fifth elements or quintessence which in different cultural traditions and according to opinions of different philosophers have different names. In a general sense the fifth element of the world is possible to name "cleanest fiery ether" that is Hestia penetrates air and fire, and forms a fiery ether which unites the world by common idea. Representation about five elements existed in ancient China where elements had names: fire, water, tree, ground, air. And in the Greek philosophy there was a representation about four elements, but to them added the fifth elements. It is possible to correlate Hestia with elements which name a tree from the view point of Chinese philosophy, and Hestia symbolizes a fiery ether in Greek philosophy.

Hera and Eris.

Hera. (numerology of number 4). Hera is the sister of Hestia, Demeter, Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, but Hera concerns to other number in numerology (means other numerological principle), namely she is a single whole with brothers and sisters but forms the actual world which is not identical to the ephemeral world of the Supreme Olympic gods. It is possible to tell that numerological number 6 symbolizes the mental world, and numerological number 4 symbolizes a physiological embodiment of the world that distinguishes Hera from other Supreme Olympic gods. In astrology an embodiment of the world and in essence realization of four elements has the name "cross of creation" which expresses a numerological principle of number 4, namely the four means actualized world beginning according to which world elements are realized and in particular children of Zeus are created as Hera is the sister and wife of Zeus. Zeus is the active stimulating beginning for Hera, and Hera is perceiving beginning by means of which the actual world is formed, but it is necessary to take into account that children of Zeus and Hera are gods and consequently are ephemeral, and the corporal world of human and animal bodies is formed by connection of gods with terrestrial deities (nymphs) or terrestrial tsars, but nevertheless the physiological structure of the world is formed according to numerological principle of number 4. For example, temperaments of people can be four types: choleric persons, sanguine persons, melancholic persons, phlegmatic persons, that corresponds to numerological principle of number 4. Or types of human consciousness can be four types: extraverted, introverted, rational, irrational, that also corresponds to numerological principle of number 4. It is possible to speak that Hera forms physiological bodies of alive essences, and Zeus and four world elements form a psycho-physiological basis of the world.

Name of Hera has the meaning: "mistress". The matrimony with Zeus was initiated by Hera as she is interested in world supremacy which Zeus has.
Hera shows jealousy in relation to Zeus as she is the keeper of family foundations, but as against Hestia she protects family not only as a cell of the state but also as a physiological union of the woman and the man for the sake of birth of children.
People esteemed her as the patroness of childbirths and as the goddess who helps during pregnancy that is caused by a principle of physiological actualization which is quality of Hera. Was considered that she gives a skeleton to a germ, in other words makes out a physiological body.
She is identical to Roman Juno who was the goddess of motherhood and female productive force.
People named her "light" as she removed a child on light.
